@Rhonda - Great! It's great to see girls getting into sports, let me know if there is anything they'd like to see on board.

@Caite - you never know, just a wee bit of training needed ...

@NYC Single Mom - yup, delighted to have such fab pics over here

@Sukhmandir Kaur - very well-trained

@Aisha - glad you like it, look foward to seeing what you think of the rest

@Simple Delicous - thanks!

@Jidhu Jose - yes indeed

I did not for one minute expect to see a girl taking on a guy! That women box is fascinating enough; this is just too good to be true! :)

niamh said...

@Snowcatcher - fear not, that's her trainer. If you look closely you can see he is holding kick-pads in front. but that said I'd back Kitchen against quite a few male pretenders

Woah! I LOVE seeing her musculature. That.Just.Rocks. That woman put in some serious training hours, don't you know. Not to mention a strict nutritional program. Awesome.

@Lisa Creech Bledsoe - You can see her develop over the last 5 years, from a good fighter to what you see now. Women's boxing has changed so much, it's great
(ps - thanks for the rake of comments!)
