Need some inspiration for the weekend?

Found this over on Athletic Women Blog and thought it just has to be shared! So much energy - two minutes of boxing, running, kickboxing, basketball, skating, and MMA.

That is inspiring! I especially loved the slow mo sequences. Kept looking for bikes, though. :)

@Snowcatcher - it is very well done. Yes good point, haven't interviewed a bikie for ages. I'll get on that.
